Week 2 - Session 1 Healthy Holidays (Monday 2nd August- 5 till 11 years old ) Fun for all the Family
Our second week and our second content, This session is for children aged 5 to 11 and we will be exploring Asia with lots of healthy, family fun-filled activities that you and your little people can do together.

Full Schedule of Events
During our second fun-filled family based session as we explore the second of our seven continents, we will be joining in with team building activities which include
- Yoga
- Different types of arts and crafts
- Fact-finding
- Baking/ Cooking
- Food tasting
Please ensure children taking part come inappropriate clothing and footwear for the above activities.
A meal for the children between 5-11 who are attending will be provided, this will include either jacket potato with fillings or a selection of sandwiches.
Please fill in the questionnaire provided. this will help us to be able to support your family in any way we can for example with dietary requirements. If you are interested in coming to the following sessions please do not forget to book your place asap as these full up pretty fast.
For Covid 19 restrictions, as far as we are aware they will be getting lifted. but we still encourage Good health and hygiene. we will offer hand sanitizer but face coverings will be optional.
